Emporio Rulli’s Holiday Shipping Schedule
As of December 1, 2011, we are shipping Monday through Friday. Order cut-off for each business day is 12 Noon PST. We can require up to 72 hours to process our artisan specialty baked goods orders such as our panettone. However, we will make every effort to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, carrier logistical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

GENERAL UPS/Shipping NOTES: UPS only moves 2nd Day Air packages on Saturdays (except for Federal Holidays); UPS does not move any packages Sundays. Emporio Rulli does not offer “Overnight/Next Day Air” delivery options.
Emporio Rulli wants to ensure all customers receive fresh items and due to our items being perishable we only offer UPS Ground shipping to our west coast customers. UPS does not offer "Ground Guaranteed" during the month of December due to heavy holiday shipping and potential weather delays.
