Panettone Genovese is prepared in our own pastry kitchen from an authentic recipe handed down to Chef Rulli from Master Pastry Chef Stefano Mantero from Genoa, Italy. We are proud to present this original artisan version. We use only the finest wheat flour, pure creamery butter, golden raisins, pine nuts and the best Italian candied orange peels available. All of this, combined with a 30-hour leavening process using a natural yeast starter from Italy, ensures that our customers enjoy the true flavor and texture of this

Panettone Milanese
Panettone Milanese is prepared in our own pastry kitchen from a centuries-old recipe handed down to Chef Rulli during his apprenticeship in Italy. The knowledge and technique used in making this sixteenth century leavened cake from Milan have passed from panettone maestri to their apprentices for generations. Unfortunately, mass production has replaced these time-honored methods. This is why we at Emporio Rulli are so proud to be carrying on with the original artisan version. We use only fine wheat flour, pure creamery butter, egg yolks, golden raisins and the best Italian candied orange peels available. All of this, combined with a 30-hour leavening process using a natural yeast starter from Italy, ensures that our customers enjoy the true flavor and texture of this unique festive cake.
