SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

Thank you for visiting our online store. 

 

As of December 1, 2010, we are shipping Monday through Friday.  Order cut-off for each business day is 12 Noon PST.  We can require up to 72 hours to process our artisan specialty baked goods orders such as our panettone.  However, we will make every effort to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it.  You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped.

 

If you're ordering one of our panettone, as seen on The Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate," please remember these hand-made cakes require a 72-hour leavening process and are made without preservatives.

 

If you'd like your products to be received by a specific date, please specify upon checkout in allotted area or you can contact us by email: sales@rulli.com. Please note, we will do our best to have your order arrive within a 2-day window of your specified date. We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, carrier logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.  

 

Emporio Rulli will make every attempt to ship your order as requested.  However, because Emporio Rulli prides itself on freshly baked goods, product availability may delay your order.  If product substitution or shipment delays are necessary, we will contact you.

 

 

Refund/Return Policy:  

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at sales@rulli.com after you package arrives. We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, carrier logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it (if applicable). 

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
