Pop Up Extravaganza Tasting Menu

Bigné di mare – Tomato paste creampuff, whipped cream cheese, citrus marinated ahi tuna


Insalatina di Polpo – Octopus, green beans, fennel, celery, taggiasca olives, toasted pine nuts – lemon dressing – English pea puree

Lasagnetta di verdure – Vegetarian Napoleon eggplant w/ zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, basil pesto, on chickpea puree and sautéed cherry tomatoes

First Course

Stozzapreti ai frutti di mare – House made whole wheat pasta, seafood ragù-mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops, and chives in crustacean sauce


Plin piemontesi – House made pasta with braised meat filling; veal, pork, rabbit, and spinach in a veal reduction and Parmigiano sauce

Second Course

Rombo – Turbot fish, asparagus cream, and hazelnut flavored endive


Guancia di vitello – Braised veal cheek, sautéed potatoes, and light eggplant Parmigiana


Macedonia estiva – macerated summer fruits in a passion fruit, mango, and marjoram infused syrup, crema gelato, and hazelnut cialde


Crème brulée gianduia– Caramelized chocolate hazelnut cream – chocolate crumble – Piedmontese hazelnuts
