We have been very lucky to have had Angelo Auriana and Michele Belotti perserve and showcase the authentic Cucina Italiana at Ristobar the last seven years, and now it's Marcello's time to shine, after working the Massimo Camia in Piemonte and staging with Angelo and Piero Selvaggio in Los Angeles and Aldolpho Veronese in San Francisco.  Ristobar will be hosting all of these incredible Chefs and many from Italy in 2018.
