We are currently seeking experienced, professional, mature, energetic & friendly individuals with the desire to be a part of Emporio Rulli family as Asst Store Manager in our high-profiled, fast-pace, high volume Italian caffè in the heart of San Francisco.
Daily operational multi-tasks are but not limited to Opening/Closing procedures, training & supervising staff, inventory/ordering, property maintenance, as well as assist front of house—greet guests, counter service, wait service, stocking (food & other supplies), etc…

- REQUIRED: Professional Food Service presentation, attire and experience
- REQUIRED: MINUMUM 2 Consecutive Years Coffee House/Caffè Managerial/Supervisory experience *Floor/Service experience a PLUS
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, highly profiled environment on daily tasks & operations as well as step in to assist staff while continually provide excellent customer service & espresso drinks
- Must be responsible, accountable and take initiative to run smooth operations in peak seasons/days as well as work under the guidance of Operations Management Team
- Efficient Quality Customer Service with a smile along with our famed best tasting espresso drinks is a must as diplomats for the city as well as Emporio Rulli
- Aloha, Wait Service experience
- IMPORTANT & Italian Wine knowledge major PLUS
- Required basic mathematical & writing skills
- Caffè open every day except Christmas & Thanksgiving
