Seeking Exp Professional Shift Leaders for SF’s Premiere Italian Caffè
On Top of the Square across from the Levi Store

We are currently seeking FULLTIME, LONG TERM experienced professionals who are reliable, energetic & friendly who can handle challenges and responsibilities with a smile at our fast-paced high-profiled Italian caffè.
Daily operational multi-tasks are primarily (EITHER) Closing Lead / Opening Lead, supervising staff, assist with inventory/ordering, premises maintenance, as well as assist the baristas, wait service staff, stocking (food & other supplies), cashier, etc. AS NEEDED and as directed by Operations Director.
- REQUIRED: Professional Food Service presentation, attire and experience
- REQUIRED: MINUMUM 2 Consecutive Years Coffee House/Caffè Supervisory position/experience [Barista experience on classic 2/3 group espresso machine PREFERRED]
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced / highly profiled environment & assist staff with daily tasks & operations as well as focus on providing Excellent Customer Service with a smile in all demanding situations
- Must be responsible, accountable and take initiative to run smooth operations in high profile and fast paced location as well as work under the guidance of Operations Managers and Owners
- Customer Service with a smile is a must in this high profiled location – where you are diplomats for the city as well as Emporio Rulli
- Aloha, Wait Service & Italian Wine knowledge & experience a +
- Schedules WILL INCLUDE Saturdays, Sunday and ALL Major holidays except Christmas
- Shift Leader Timeframes: Openings (6:30am) Closing (seasonal store closure hours vary 7-10pm)
- MANDATORY: Advanced English speaking and writing skills as well as Basic mathematical skills
